How to show up ready.

Don't overthink it. The audit only works if you come honest, not polished. A few quick things to think about between now and our session:

→ Be on the device you actually use for work. Not your phone. We're going to install something live, and you'll need to be at the keyboard.
→ Have one person on the call who can make decisions. If that's you, great. If your spouse/partner/co-owner needs to weigh in, get them on the Google Meet call too.
→ Think about where time actually goes in your week. What do you keep meaning to systematize but never get around to? That's usually the bottleneck.
→ Have a quiet 90 minutes blocked off. No "quick interruptions." This is a working session, not a meeting.
→ Bring your existing tool logins if you have them. ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, your CRM — whatever you already pay for. We'll likely use one of them.
